Actually, probabilities here were 20% for Blue, 30% for Green and 50% for Brown, so it’s not completely improbable.

Thank you William, I would love to be educated! However, it is more LIKELY that two brown-eyed people will have a brown eyed kid, or not? like 3:1, nay?
ETA: actually is one brown eyed parent and one green eyed parent. My bad!

Niki, Could bore you with the genetics one day, but needless to say that although brown is the stronger, it should be relatively common for two brown eyed people to have a blue eyed child. Especially here in Finland, Where the brown eyed people are more likely to also carry the blue eyed gene to pass on.
